Ship Repairs

We carry out repairs on vessels of lengths ranging from 90 to 110 m and with a weight of 600 – 900 tonnes.

Namely, this includes the following types of repairs:

• Hulls
• Motor systems
• Driving and deck mechanisms
• renovation of propeller systems, including the general repair of propellers
• interior furnishings of vessels

   

  Furthermore, we are able to carry out the following reconstructions:

• Adjustments to vessel dimensions according to the client’s wishes
• Conversion of single-shell vessels to double-shell vessels
• Replacement of bottoms, shipping space, side plating, bulkheads
• Complete parts replacement of wrecked vessels

FOR THE PRODUCTION AND REPAIR OF VESSELS, THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONS ARE FOUND AT THE SHIPYARD:

LOCKSMITH:

overhauls of shaft lines, steering gears, anchor devices, overhauls of gearboxes, settlement of power and auxiliary units, installation of steering systems.

OPERATING LOCKSMITH:

cutting of sheets using oxy-fuel cutting, machine cutting of sheets, shaping of sheets, assembly of parts into sections, assembly of sections into units, repairs of hulls, sterns, and deck platings by inserting new sheets or overlapping, incl. reinforcement repairs, overhauls of propellers incl. stainless steel, manufacture of propeller nozzles, manufacture of steel tanks, tanks, doors, etc., production of rudder wings, repair of sliding covers of cargo spaces.

TURNER:

The workshop is equipped with a lathe for the repair and production of propeller shafts with a length of up to 6 m, a lathe for the repair of cones of propeller screws, repairs of eccentric sheaves, etc., a horizontal boring machine, a milling machine, and small lathes for minor repairs and the manufacture of small parts (bushings, pins, etc.). 

WELDER:

welding by inserting and overlapping of plating, renovation of propeller shafts, rudderposts and jet nozzles by welding, welding of hulls – bottom and stern sections, floors, superstructure, engine bases, etc.

PIPEFITTER:

separation of materials; assembly of piping systems for water, gas, and oil.
